Location Essen

The RealCore Group is based in Essen, a city known not only for its industrial past, but also for its dynamic development and innovative strength. This is where our career in the retail sector began.

We are proud to work in a region that is known for its strong community and the tireless commitment of its people. The mentality of the people in the Ruhr region, characterised by hard work, solidarity and unshakeable optimism, is reflected in our corporate philosophy. These values are of central importance to us and always motivate us to give our best.

To emphasise our ties with the region, we have decided to move our headquarters to new premises at the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in 2023.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site not only stands for the history of the Ruhr region, but also for change and the future. Here, in the midst of creativity and innovation, we realise our visions and shape the future of retail together with our employees and partners.
